Bar Service Options

The Owl brings our bar service to your event with a simple pay by the drink format. Guests can purchase their own drinks throughout the event, or you can host the bar and have the full tab billed to you at the end of the event.

If you would like to offer a signature cocktail, simply provide us with your recipe and we will provide the price.

Event Service Fee

$250 per event

Our Event Service Fee covers the advance work required to prepare and staff your bar, including beverage sourcing and ordering, staffing coordination, menu preparation, bar equipment and supply preparation, and event logistics. It also includes up to three hours of bar service at your event.

Additional service time is available for $100 per hour.

Prepayment of the service fee is required to reserve your date.

The Owl provides everything needed to operate the bar, including:

• Professional bar staff
• POS system for guest purchases

Guest Pay or Host Tab

Guests Pay
Guests can purchase their own drinks using cash or credit card through The Owl's POS system. Guests will have the option to add gratuity to their purchase.

Host Pays
Prefer to host the bar? We can run a tab throughout the event and bill the host at the end. A 20% gratuity will be added to the final tab. Hosts may also establish a spending limit for the event if desired.

Minimum Bar Spend

A $500 minimum bar spend applies to each event, not including the Event Service Fee.

Travel

Travel within 25 miles of Livingston is included. Events beyond 25 miles may incur an additional mileage fee.
